Technological potential of JSC “Institute “Orgenergostroy” allows developing and realizing dismantling of structures of any complexity within a structure reconstruction, integration for new equipment or decommissioning of an object.


 

Nowadays JSC “Institute “Orgenergostroy” specialists are finalizing the repair-recovery works at Berezovskaya SDPP Power Unit №3 belonging to PJSC “Unipro” (named previously – E.ON Power Russia) where on February 1st, 2016 inflammation of boiler building occurred. As a consequence, the load bearing and roof structures of the building were damaged. Design position of the boiler was displaced.  

Berezovskaya SDPP is the most powerful thermal power plant in Krasnoyarsk region (installed capacity – 2400MW) and one of the most energy-efficient coal-fired plants in Russia. The plant is equipped with three P-67 boilers of suspension design (the boiler is arranged at 120m height). Weight of each boiler, taking into account the weight of auxiliary equipment, exceeds 25 thous. t.

JSC OES specialists performed inspection and the whole complex of works on monitoring of stress-strain condition of load bearing structures, on determination of their physical and mechanical characteristics, on development of analytical model of dynamic state of the system and on analytical support of the model, on creation and tracking of the monitoring system in order to assure safe working conditions, on development of pricing procedure for correct definition of the cost of implementation of special (non-standard) works within the area of possible accident development and failures.

What is BIM?

Orgenergostroy has all competences for realization of the project in compliance with modern standards and technologies, including applying the newest technology of Building Informative Modeling – BIM.
The technology is based on development and application of an integrated intellectual 3D model of a building, and on collection and processing of all required data about architect-planning, structural, economic, technological and operation characteristics of an object in consolidated information area. It contributes to not only more qualitative project management at all stages of project life cycle – from engineering survey to operation and dismantling stages – but also allows operatively detecting the faults and tracking the process of elimination of them, introducing corrections into the design directly at the construction site.
Our design specialists are experienced in application of key BIM-programs (Autodesk, Tekla, Trimble, and Graphisoft) and are able to use both the provided, just existing models of buildings, and to develop from “zero” for each specific case.
JSC OES experience in adaptation, introduction and application of BIM technology at our current key objects demonstrated positive results such as: reaching of quicker rates of project realization, higher quality of construction, as well significant reduction of labor expenditures.

That is why Orgenergostroy today applies and promotes actively the technology of information modeling of the buildings in majority of the projects under realization.

Works performed by Orgenergostroy from the beginning of works:

  • Installation and dismantling of the temporary strengthening elements of the Main building skeleton;
  • Clearing the debris;
  • Dismantling of the boiler (800MW) and boiler auxiliary equipment (BAE);
  • Dismantling and erection of the Main building skeleton;
  • Fabrication of mounting jigs;
  • Dismantling and installation of thermal insulation;
  • Routing of cable products for electrical equipment and CMD&A;
  • Installation of electrical equipment;
  • Installation of CMD&A.
For safe implementation of works we have developed over 400 WEPs, including WEPs for especially complicated works, for implementation of non-standard works. By JSC OES’s assignment the lifting hoists of 16t lifting capacity and 36m stroke, and a number of non-standard fittings were developed.
