Civil construction


Civil construction is an actively developed direction of Joint Stock Company “Institute “Orgenergostroy”.

The Company is experienced and has all required resources for construction of both temporary and permanent civil construction objects. The experience of the company is represented by implementation of a complex of works (engineering survey, design, construction and erection works) at such projects as:

  • Three of the nine sites of the future Innovative Scientific and Technological Center of Moscow State University "Vorobyovy Gory" are the Crossdisciplinary, Educational and Nanotech clusters (ISTC MSU).
  • Living camp for comfortable living of Russian and foreign specialists engaged in realization of “Rooppur” NPP Project;
  • A complex of residential, cultural, sanitary and utility buildings and facilities for year-round living of officials and employees of “Elkon Mining Metallurgical Plant”;
  • Residential buildings of increased comfort in the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, with the use of modern design and planning solutions, as well as a developed internal infrastructure.

ISTC MSU "Sparrow Hills”

Orgenergostroy is the general designer and contractor for ISTC MSU's three clusters—the Crossdisciplinary and Educational Clusters as well as the Nanotech Cluster—the construction of which has just begun.
The year 2021 has become an important stage in the development of the project: the solemn start of the construction of the Educational and Interdisciplinary Clusters took place.

The technical customer for the construction of both facilities is the Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation, a longtime partner and regular customer of Orgenergostroy.

In January 2022, a solemn launch of works on the Nanotech cluster by Orgenergostroy took place.

The key idea of ISTC is to create a world-class innovation ecosystem on the new territory of Lomonosov Moscow State University in order to implement the priorities of science and technology development in Russia, increase the investment attractiveness of research and development, commercialize their products, expand access for citizens and legal entities to participate in promising, commercially attractive scientific and technical projects.

Currently, work on clusters is in the active phase. 

An innovative information modeling technology is used in the project – BIM, in which the object is designed as a whole - a change in one parameter automatically leads to a change in other parameters associated with it, up to drawings, visualizations and specifications.
